Dhaka Bank PLC signs payroll banking agreement with East Coast Group

Dhaka Bank PLC have signed a payroll banking agreement with East Coast Group on May 13, 2025, at Dhaka Bank head office, Plot: CWS (C) -10, Bir Uttam A.K. Khandaker Road, Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212.

Mr Sheikh Mohammad Maroof, Managing Director and CEO of Dhaka Bank PLC, and Ms. Dilruba Chowdhury, Director of HR at East Coast Group, exchanged the Dhaka Bank Payroll Banking Agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.

Mr  Mostaque Ahmed, DMD and Chief Emerging Market Officer, Mr. Akhlaqur Rahman, DMD-Corporate, Mr. H.M. Mostafizur Rahaman, SEVP and Head, Retail Business Division, Mr Mohammad Ainul Haque, EVP & In-charge, Corporate Banking Division, Mr Mosleh Saad Mahmud, EVP and Head, Cash Management Unit, Mohammad Mahbubur Rahman Palash, EVP & Head, MSME and Emerging Business Division, Ms Tahmina Sharmin, VP and Unit Head, Corporate Banking Division of Dhaka Bank PLC and Mr Masudur Rahim, Chief Executive Officer of East Coast Group, Mr Atiar Rahman, Chief Financial Officer of Omera Petroleum Ltd. Md. Rokonujjaman, Head of National Sales of Omera Petroleum Ltd., and other senior officials from both organisations were also present at the signing program.

Under this agreement, all East Coast Group employees are entitled to access Dhaka Bank's various Banking products and services on preferential terms. This will allow them to choose from a wide range of financial products, from profit-bearing accounts and loans (secured/unsecured) to credit cards (local/International), and also enjoy special facilities and privileges from other consumer banking products of Dhaka Bank PLC.
