As per the ICT's decision, the investigation agency of the tribunal and the prosecution will interrogate the three from 21-23 April.

Although the investigation report of this case was set to be submitted today, the prosecution requested for more time informing the ICT that further investigation is needed and the three accused need to be interrogated.

After hearing the prosecution's plea today, the tribunal fixed 7 May for submission of the investigation report and conducting the next hearing.

Prosecutors Mizanul Islam, Gazi MH Tamim and Abdus Sattar Palwan stood for the prosecution during the hearing.

Earlier, a case was filed with ICT against the three for killing nine people during a raid at Jahajbari, a militant den.

On 24 March 2025, ICT sent the trio to prison after showing them arrested in the case.
