Law division seeks opinions on draft of CPC ordinance

The Law and Justice Division has called for giving opinions on the primary draft of the Code of Civil Procedure (Amendment) Ordinance, 2025.
With an aim to modernise 'The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908', the Law and Justice Division has prepared the draft of the Code of Civil Procedure (Amendment) Ordinance, 2025, and released it for collecting public opinions before finalising the draft, a gazette notification issued on 26 February, said.
The Law and Justice Division urged all to send their opinions on the draft through email to section8.justice@gmail.com by 3 March 2025.
