Jaya to start shooting for Jimmi
For the first time, Jaya Ahsan, a beloved actress in both Bengals, is set to act in a Bangladeshi web series. The new series titled 'Jimmi' will be directed by Ashfaque Nipun.
The initial announcement for this project was made last March. It has now been revealed that work on the series is about to begin, with shooting scheduled to start in the coming days.
Speaking about the project, Jaya Ahsan said, "The shoot was supposed to begin a while ago. Finally, the wait is over. This will be my first web series."

The political satire web series revolves around a low-ranking government employee who has gone 10 years without a promotion. She struggles to make ends meet with her husband. One day, this ambitious woman discovers a box containing a large sum of money in the office storeroom. What follows is a tale of greed and inner conflict, as she becomes captive to her desires.
The series is expected to be released on Hoichoi.
