Milestone tragedy: Doctors, nurses arriving from Singapore tonight to provide treatment for burn victims

In the wake of the devastating plane crash at Milestone school yesterday, a senior consultant and two nurses from Singapore are scheduled to arrive in Dhaka tonight.
The initiative is being taken under an existing MoU between the Burn Institute and Singapore General Hospital, Special Assistant to the chief adviser Sayedur Rahman said during a briefing at the burn institute on Tuesday.
They will begin working with the local medical team from tomorrow, providing specialised care to victims of the tragedy.
He stated that 69 patients are currently admitted there.
Two patients have been moved to cabins.
"Ten are out of danger, ten remain in critical condition, and another ten are in moderate condition."
Two teachers have died in the incident.
