Eid is all about joy, togetherness, and giving. It's that special time when families gather, old friends reconnect, and delicious meals are shared. And of course, no celebration feels complete without thoughtful gifts. The right gift can bring an extra touch of happiness to your loved ones.

If you're looking for something modern and practical, gadgets are always a great choice. Technology has become a big part of our daily lives—whether it's staying connected, tracking fitness, or just adding a little extra convenience.

Not sure what to buy? Here are some of the best gadgets to consider this Eid.

Smartphones: the gift of connection

A good smartphone is more than just a device — it is a lifeline. Whether for taking photos, staying in touch, or working on the go, it is a gift that will always be appreciated.

Flagship: When it comes to flagships, the choices are pretty obvious — either the iPhone 16 series or the Galaxy S25 series, depending on the ecosystem you prefer. While both the series include multiple devices, you cannot go wrong with any of them. For a compact device, go with the base variants, and for all the bells and whistles — get the Max or Ultra variants. Besides these, the Google Pixel 9 series can be a great choice.

Mid-range: While the Galaxy A36 and A56 devices are going to hit the market anytime soon, both the A35 and the A55 are still great phones. The OnePlus Nord 4 is also a great option, giving a smooth and responsive software experience.

Budget: There are many options in this range — and choosing one from those can be a hard nut to crack. Redmi Note 14, and Galaxy A16 are two popular budget options that offer the essentials without charging a fat stack.

Headphones: a sound choice

Music, podcasts, and calls sound better with quality headphones. Whether for a student, a professional, or someone who loves to travel, a good pair is always a welcome gift.

Flagship: For iOS users, AirPods Max is a great choice — but Sony's WH-1000XM5 offers a similar experience, but at a much lower cost. For those who prefer earbuds instead of over-ear headphones, AirPods 4, and AirPods Pro 2 will give one of the finest audio experiences. For the Android users out there, OnePlus Buds 3 Pro is an ideal choice.

Mid-range: The Anker Soundcore Space One are over-ear headphones with active noise cancellation (ANC), making it an ideal choice for an immersive audio experience. For earbuds, the Realme Buds Air 6 Pro offers 50dB noise cancellation and a crisp sound quality.

Budget: The Edifier WH700NB are affordable over-ear headphones with ANC, ideal for budget-conscious users. Meanwhile, for the earbuds users, the QCY Melobuds N50 deliver 45dB ANC in a compact true wireless design, perfect for everyday use.

Smartwatches: a gift for fitness and productivity

Smartwatches are more than just stylish accessories — they help track fitness, manage notifications, and even monitor health.

Flagship: Apple's latest Watch 10 series has almost all the bells and whistles you could ask for. Samsung's Galaxy Watch 7 series also offers similar features but costs much lower than the former. Apart from two obvious choices, the Huawei Watch GT 5 series offers a plethora of design options to choose from.

Mid-Range: The Samsung Galaxy Watch FE brings premium features at a more affordable price, making it a great choice for those who want a balanced smartwatch experience. The CMF Watch Pro 2 offers a sleek design, solid fitness tracking, and smart features at a competitive price.

Budget: The Xiaomi Redmi Watch 5 delivers essential smartwatch features, long battery life, and fitness tracking without breaking the bank. For an even more budget-friendly option, the Haylou Solar Neo BT provides a simple yet reliable smartwatch experience with Bluetooth connectivity and health tracking.

When picking a gadget, think about the person's needs and lifestyle. Do they need a better phone for work? Do they love listening to music? Are they into fitness? The right choice will show that you care about what they enjoy.
