The shooting took place at around 12:35am (local time).

All of the victims were rushed into nearby hospitals.
Four of the victims are currently in critical condition while the rest are stable, reports The Guardian.
A 67-year-old resident of the neighbourhood told the Chicago Tribune that he had been woken by the sound of at least five gunshots.
