Since its launch in 2011, Mobile Financial Services (MFS) in Bangladesh have grown rapidly in users, volume, and value of transactions. In 2024, MFS transactions totalled Tk17.42 lakh crore, up 28.53% from Tk13.55 lakh crore in 2023.
