In 2025, the United States' goods trade deficit widened to a record $1.24 trillion, marking a 2.1% increase. Meanwhile, the United States' trade deficit with Bangladesh rose to $7.1 billion in 2025, up 18% from $6.1 billion in 2024. Bangladesh exported goods worth $9.5 billion and imported $2.3 billion from the United States in 2025.
