As of Q2 FY25, computer ownership in Bangladesh remains strikingly low, with only 9% of individuals owning a computer.

The digital divide is even more pronounced geographically — just 3.8% of rural residents have access, compared to 20.7% in urban areas. At the household level, access is similarly limited, with only 9.2% of households having a computer.
