NSU Communications Club to host Job Column Season 4 on June 26

North South University Communications Club, in collaboration with the NSU Career & Placement Centre (NSUCPC), is set to host Pubali Bank PLC Presents Job Column Season 4 on 26 June 2025 at NSU campus. This year's edition carries the theme Navigating the Job Market of Bangladesh, aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional opportunities for undergraduate students seeking employment.
Presented by Pubali Bank PLC, the single-day event will blend wisdom and opportunity through a comprehensive seminar and an interactive job fair. With recruiting partners including Augmedix, UNDP Bangladesh, Yeamazing, and Greenbud, the programme promises to open doors for students seeking to embark upon their professional journeys.
The day will begin with a seminar graced by esteemed speakers. Dr Abdur Rob Khan, Treasurer and Pro-Vice Chancellor (In-Charge) of North South University, will share insights on career development and the evolving job landscape. Dr Md Taufiqul Islam, Director of CPC and Coordinator of B-JET and B-MET, will guide students on navigating pathways towards employment.
Adding further depth, Md Abdul Quayyum, Head of Communications at UNDP Bangladesh, will highlight prospects within the development sector, while Sadia Hossain, Board Director of YY Ventures Limited, will share insights on entrepreneurship and corporate engagement in Bangladesh's dynamic economy.
Following the seminar, the job fair will provide students with direct access to potential employers. Recruitment booths will offer opportunities to connect, submit CVs, and engage with hiring managers, transforming ambition into action through meaningful dialogue and direct interaction.
