Musician and Managing director-CEO of Gaan Bangla TV Kaushik Hossain Taposh and his wife Farzana Munny, chairman of Gaan Bangla TV, have tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

The national award winning musician's Facebook post read, "When I faced anything negative from the world, she is the one Farzana Munny who spread her light and made it positive with her spirit! Everyone who had to face this virus and had to do the tests expected the result to be negative! But in this case we found our results as positive! We are taking whatever best treatments can be taken from home and do believe that the almighty may allow us to fight back this corona and we will come back to our normal lives soon Inshallah..."
