Ambassador of Japan to Bangladesh Saida Shinichi on Friday (21 November) said Japan, as an earthquake-prone nation, stands in solidarity with Bangladesh during this challenging time.
The ambassador said that as a testament to the enduring solidarity between Japan and Bangladesh, he would like to extend his deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the victims of today's earthquake in Bangladesh.
"We sincerely hope for the swift recovery of those injured," he said in a message.
