Information and Broadcasting Adviser Mahfuj Alam today (15 May) held a meeting with British High Commissioner Sarah Cooke.
"He updated the High Commissioner on his priorities, including plans for media reforms and developing a Journalist Protection Ordinance," the British High Commission said in a post on its official Facebook page at 6:00pm.
They also discussed wider opportunities for collaboration between Bangladesh and the UK, it added.
