To illuminate your mood and place, you need a perfect balance of lighting. So, light up each corner of your space with a different lamp and make it special. If you are confused about where you can find the lights that match your aesthetic taste, space and budget, this article is for you.

Depending on the ambience, you choose the primary lighting for each room which is known as ambient lighting. Now, you decide which vibe you want to set there – soft and creamy or intense and bright. Ambient lights usually refer to bracket light, panel light, chandeliers, simply designed pendants or hanging lights from the ceiling that make your hallway, bedroom, kitchen, and outdoor space look gorgeous. All these lights are available in both warm and bright tones.

Not only does it lighten up the room but also it can turn any item or furniture into a gorgeous showpiece. Living rooms or staircases, such lights fit at any place. Usually, the price of accent lights range from Tk1,500 to Tk2,500 and can be easily found at Sunko in Dhanmondi, and New Akma Electronics in Gulshan- 2.

If you want to keep your budget low, going with an LED strip light might be a wise decision. These can be easily attached behind a wall to fill the room with different colours. The LED strip light is available at any shop in Mogbazar and Dhanmondi for spot purchasing and Daraz for online purchasing. Moreover, the price of LED strip lights are more budget-friendly and cost around Tk300 to Tk1,200.

The task light is a must for your study room or at your tiny bedside table. It can brighten up a little space and serve your purpose without any disturbing others. A slim, slender lamp on a corner also enhances the aesthetic beauty of your room. Hence, choosing one with sober colour and simple design is a good idea.

Usually, it has an easy plug-in system, making it very versatile.

Decorative fairy lights are available at almost all the light stores in Dhanmondi, Gulshan and Mogbazar.
