To celebrate the 72nd birth anniversary of Humayun Ahmed, one of the most celebrated authors in the modern Bangla literature, Team Utshob, the arts and entertainment club from Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU), has arranged an online competition.

The competition titled "Ananta Nakshatrabithi Ebong Ekjon Humayun'' will take place from October 20 to November 13, said a press release.

The event will be divided into three segments and two sub-segments in each segment. Participants can join the competition virtually and post contents on the social media platforms with guidance from the organisers.

Main segments of the event will include cosplay and book photography, painting, and literature.

Top three participants from each segment will be awarded prizes and certificates. The winning writings from the literature segment will be published on the "Ahamaran" blog.

Winners will also receive a book from the event sponsor Shei Boi and will have the opportunity to receive books according to their choice under a fixed amount from the book collection of Shei Boi. They will also receive attractive stationery items, the press release added.

Every participant will be eligible for a participation certificate and two gift coupons from Shei Boi.
