IDLC Securities MD appointed BSEC commissioner

IDLC Securities Managing Director Saifuddin has been appointed as a commissioner of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) for a four-year term.
His salary and benefits will be determined by his employment contract with the government, according to a notification issued by the Financial Institutions Division (FID) today (29 July).
Saifuddin is also senior vice president of the DSE Brokers Association of Bangladesh.
According to the IDLC Securities, Saifuddin was appointed as MD of the company in 2009. He joined IDLC Finance in 2001 as a management trainee in the real estate finance unit.
He completed his MBA from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka in 2001 and holds an MBS degree from University of Rajshahi.
