Dhaka Bank has recommended paying a 5% cash and 5% stock dividends to its shareholders for the year 2024.

To approve the dividend and audited financial statement, the bank will conduct the annual general meeting on 31 July, and the record date is 25 June.

According to the bank's price-sensitive statement, its consolidated earnings per share stood at Tk1.27 at the end of the last year, which was lower than Tk1.66 in the previous year.
Meanwhile, Dhaka Bank further reported that its consolidated earnings per share were Tk0.84 in the first quarter of this year, which was higher than Tk0.76 in the same quarter last year.
