Walton executives win top honours at c-suite awards
Walton Micro-Tech Corporation Limited's Chief Executive Officer, Nishat Tasnim Shuchi, has been honoured with the "CEO of the Year" award at the fourth Bangladesh C-Suite Awards 2025.
Shuchi, a dynamic young leader within Walton Group, has earned recognition for her strategic planning, operational excellence, and brand stewardship. As CEO, she has guided the company's specialised business segments with a modern, data-informed leadership style that blends innovation with disciplined execution. Known for her collaborative approach and focus on continuous improvement, she has played a key role in strengthening the organisation's resilience and competitive position. Her leadership is seen as an example of next-generation executives shaping Bangladesh's industrial landscape.
At the same event, Walton Distributor Network Head, Md Firoj Alam, received the "Sales Director of the Year" award.
Shuchi received her crest at the award ceremony organised by Bangladesh Brand Forum at a city hotel on Saturday evening, 22 November 2025.
In her remarks, she thanked Bangladesh Brand Forum for the recognition, saying: "We are happy and honoured to receive the most prestigious Bangladesh C-Suite Awards. This is a great achievement in my life and I feel honoured by the award. This award has been achieved thanks to the dedication of our members, who are working tirelessly for Walton."
Walton Micro-Tech Corporation manufactures and markets online UPS batteries, small appliance batteries, and motorcycle batteries. Under Shuchi's leadership, the company has expanded its portfolio to include the premium SMF car battery "Graviton", which is now being produced and marketed.
Bangladesh Brand Forum launched the C-Suite Awards in 2022 to recognise the achievements of Bangladeshi corporate executives. This year, 102 nominations were received from 51 companies across twenty-three categories. A jury board comprising leading industry experts reviewed the submissions and selected twenty-four winners from Bangladesh's business sector.
