Voice of Business concludes brandrill 5.0 with national finale

Voice of Business (VoB), the country's largest student-run business publication club under the Faculty of Business Studies at the University of Dhaka, has concluded the Grand Finale of 'BRANDrill 5.0', a national-level branding case competition, showcasing student innovation and leadership in branding at the Empyrean Hotel, Tejgaon.
Top teams from leading universities presented creative and strategic branding solutions to a panel of academic and corporate judges. The competition offered a total prize pool of Tk2.15 lakh, rewarding creativity, analytical depth and strategic excellence.
Team Jhalmuri was named Champion. Team Skyfall was awarded 1st Runner-up, while Team Smashed Burgers was named 2nd Runner-up. The other finalists—Team Shingara Syndicate, Team Low Effort and Team It Was Expected—were also honoured for their outstanding performances.
The judging panel comprised Mohammad Saimum Hossain, Co-founder and Head of Business at Geeky Social Ltd; Zafor Uddin Siddiqui, Executive Director of Marketing and Sales at City Group; and Md Iftekhar Alam, Deputy Director of Brand and Market Communications at Grameenphone Ltd.
Praising the participants, Mohammad Siam Mahbub, Deputy Head of the Public Relations Wing of VoB, said, 'BRANDrill is a unique platform that bridges academic learning with real-world branding challenges. This year's edition reached new heights thanks to our partners and team.'

Since its inception in 2017, BRANDrill has become a leading student-led branding competition, providing industry exposure, mentorship and networking, and establishing itself as a key platform for nurturing future marketing talent in Bangladesh.
