upay, NRB Bank partner to expand digital financial services
UCB Fintech Company Limited's mobile financial service, upay, has joined hands with NRB Bank PLC to expand digital financial services across Bangladesh, aiming to drive greater financial inclusion and customer convenience.
Under this partnership, upay customers will be able to add money, transfer funds between NRB Bank accounts and upay wallets, access micro deposit pension schemes, receive remittance disbursements, and pay credit card bills, according to a press release.
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of UCB Fintech Company Limited Shyamol B Das and Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of NRB Bank PLC Tarek Reaz Khan signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations at a recent ceremony.

Head of Corporate Sales at upay Sajjad Alam, Deputy Managing Directors of NRB Bank PLC Anwar Uddin and M Rashidul Huda, and other senior officials from both organisations attended the event.
