SBAC Bank PLC holds 188th board of directors meeting
SBAC Bank PLC. convened its 188th Board of Directors meeting on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at the Bank's Head Office in Dhaka. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Engr. Md. Moklesur Rahman, Chairman of SBAC Bank.
In attendance were the bank's Directors, including Mohammed Ayub, Hafizur Rahman Babu, Anwar Hussain, Mohammad Nazmul Huq, Mohammad Helal Uddin, Md. Emdadul Hoque, and Mushfiqur Rahman. Independent Directors Mohammad Moqbul Hossain Bhuiyan, Ziaur Rahman Zia, FCA, and Professor Md. Maksudur Rahman Sarker FCMA, along with the Managing Director & CEO, Habibur Rahman, were also present during the meeting. The Board discussed key business matters and strategies for the bank's continued growth and development.
