Robi, Cikitsa International sign MOU on cross-border healthcare
Cikitsa International and Robi Axiata PLC have entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enhance access to international healthcare services for Robi ELITE customers and employees.
Building on this initiative, Robi ELITE customers will get faster access and exclusive discounts on medical treatment in leading healthcare destinations, including India, Thailand, Singapore, and Dubai.
Furthermore, the collaboration aims to streamline the process of obtaining advanced medical care abroad and ensure a seamless, trusted experience for patients.
The partnership was officially announced in a press release issued by Cikitsa International on Monday.
At the signing ceremony, representatives from Robi included Manik Lal Das, Director of Customer Value Solutions at Robi Marketing; Md Sanjid Hossain, Associate Director of Commercial Partnership; Sabbir Ahmed, Senior General Manager of Loyalty and Partnership; and Tanvir Alam Chowdhury, General Manager of Loyalty Partnerships, Commercial Partnership, Robi Marketing.
Meanwhile, representing Cikitsa International at the ceremony were Chief Operating Officer Muntasir Mahmood and Business Development Officer Badsha Moral.
Muntasir Mahmood stated, "Healthcare services can benefit from international collaboration. This MoU with Robi Axiata PLC supports our ongoing commitment to service quality. Robi's subscriber base will now have access to partner-supported international medical treatment."
Manik Lal Das commented, "Robi continues to work on enhancing its services. Facilitating access to advanced medical treatment abroad is an important aspect of this effort."
