Rancon FC hands over ‘Greenwood’ in Chattogram
Rancon FC Properties recently handed over its eco-friendly residential project, Greenwood, in Nasirabad Housing Society, Chattogram.
The company organised a "Meet the Owners" event at the project's Sky Lounge to mark this occasion.
Landowner Habibur Rahman and other apartment owners attended the handover ceremony. Rancon's CEO, Tanvir Shahriar Rimon, graced the event, formally celebrating the Meet the Owners by cutting a cake and presenting dummy keys to the owners.

During his speech, Habibur Rahman, the landowner, expressed his satisfaction: "Greenwood stands out as one of the most beautiful apartment buildings in this area." Sabir Ahmed Osmani, Secretary of the Apartment Owners' Association, also praised Rancon, saying, "Rancon has once again proven its reputation for delivering on promises through the successful handover of this splendid project."
CEO Tanvir Shahriar Rimon emphasised the significance of the handover, stating, "This marks the beginning of a new relationship with our valued customers. We remain committed to standing by their side throughout this journey."
Other notable speakers at the event included Mohammad Ayub, Head of Commercial Operations; Biswajit Chowdhury, GM of Construction; and architect Shaibal Rakshit. Senior officials such as GM Finance Hanif Billah and GM Business Development Shafiul Alam Jewel were also present.
