Pubali Bank signs agreement with Bangladesh Medical University
Pubali Bank PLC has signed an agreement with Bangladesh Medical University (BMU) to implement an online ticketing system for the university's outpatient department (OPD). The system will allow patients to purchase OPD tickets online from home, eliminating the need to stand in long queues.
The signing ceremony was attended by Professor Dr Md Shahinul Alam, Acting Vice-Chancellor of Bangladesh Medical University, and Mohammad Ali, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Pubali Bank PLC.
Also present were Professor Dr Md Abul Kalam Azad, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Administration); Professor Dr Md Mujibur Rahman Hawlader, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research and Development); Professor Dr Md Nazrul Islam, Registrar of Bangladesh Medical University; Md Shahnewaz Khan, Deputy Managing Director, Pubali Bank PLC; and Abu Laich Md Samsujjaman, General Manager and Regional Manager, Dhaka Central Zone, Pubali Bank PLC.

Md Rabiul Alam, Deputy General Manager and Head of ADC Division, Pubali Bank PLC, and Professor Dr Nahreen Akhtar, Treasurer, Bangladesh Medical University, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
Among others present were Endra Mohan Sutradhar, General Manager and Head of SDD & Chief Technology Officer (TC), Pubali Bank PLC; Mst Masuma Khatun, Deputy General Manager and Head of Shahbagh Avenue Branch; and Md Shamsul Alam, Assistant General Manager, ADC Division, along with other senior officials from both organisations.
