Pubali Bank Securities holds 16th annual general meeting
Pubali Bank Securities Limited convened its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the boardroom of the bank's head office, with directors and shareholders joining both in person and via virtual platform at 11am on 8 April 2026.
Md Abdur Razzak Mondal, Chairman of the Board of Directors, presided over the meeting.
Board members Habibur Rahman, Azizur Rahman, M Kabiruzzaman Yaqub FCMA (UK), CGMA, Mustafa Ahmed, Ayesha Farha Chowdhury, Runa Fowzia Hafiz, Asif A Choudhury, Ahmed Salah Sater, Nadir Ahmed, Mohammad Naushad Ali Chowdhury, and Mohammad Ali attended the AGM.
