Pranay Verma appointed India’s envoy to Belgium, EU

Pranay Verma, High Commissioner of India to Bangladesh and a 1994-batch Indian Foreign Service officer, has been appointed the next Ambassador of India to Belgium and the European Union.

The Ministry of External Affairs announced the appointment in a press release.

Verma will assume his new responsibilities shortly.
