NRBC Bank holds women’s day programme at head office on 8 March
NRBC Bank PLC observed International Women's Day at its head office on Sunday, 8 March 2026, expressing appreciation for its women employees under the theme "Rights. Justice. Action. For All Women and Girls."
Managing Director and CEO Dr Md Touhidul Alam Khan FCMA attended as chief guest. Deputy Managing Director Mohammad Abdul Qaium Khan, Fahmida Chowdhury, principal of the Human Resources Training and Development Centre (HRTDC), Tanushree Mitra, head of the credit management division, and Chief Human Resources Officer Faisal Ahmed were also present, along with women officials from the head office and branches in Dhaka.
On the occasion, the bank presented certificates of appreciation and floral greetings to women officials at the head office. Women employees were also honoured at the bank's branches and sub-branches, NRBC Bank said.

Dr Touhidul Alam Khan said women are becoming a source of inspiration through talent, perseverance and compassion, and are playing vital roles in society as pioneers, innovators, mothers, colleagues and guides. He expressed hope that women's professionalism and commitment would continue to contribute to NRBC Bank's progress and help strengthen its position in the banking sector.
