NRB Bank PLC elects new Deputy Managing Director
NRB Bank PLC has appointed Mr M Rashidul Huda as its new Deputy Managing Director. Before this appointment, he was the Finance Advisor at RR Group.
Mr Huda brings a wealth of experience and a distinguished career spanning over three decades to NRB Bank PLC in the banking and corporate sectors. His proven leadership and expertise track record will be a valuable asset to the Bank's continued growth and success.
Mr Huda began his banking career at Standard Chartered Bank on September 2nd, 1989, as a Management Trainee Officer, serving in various capacities until August 1998. He has since held significant roles at prominent financial institutions, including American Express Bank, ANZ Grindlays Bank, Dhaka Bank PLC, Meghna Bank PLC, and A B Bank PLC.

Throughout his career, Mr Huda has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in key areas of banking, including corporate banking and credit risk management. His deep understanding of these critical functions will be instrumental in driving the Bank's strategic objectives.
Mr Huda holds a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a specialisation in Accounting from the University of Dhaka. He is committed to continuous professional development and has participated in numerous training programs in Bangladesh and internationally.
