Nabil Group holds staff gathering to strengthen unity, workplace bonds
Nabil Group hosted its "Milonnmela and Preetibhoj 2026" in a festive and cordial atmosphere with the participation of its officials and employees, aiming to strengthen family-like bonds, mutual respect and organisational unity.
The day-long event combined social interaction and a luncheon, creating an environment of celebration and engagement. According to the organisers, the programme focused on strengthening relationships between employees and management, promoting staff development and reinforcing a sense of shared belonging.
Chairman of Nabil Group Jahan Box Mondol attended as the chief guest. Special guests included Vice-Chairman Ishrat Jahan, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Agriculturist Aminul Islam, and Director Iyaz Abrar Nabil.
Speaking at the event, Aminul Islam said Nabil Group is "not just a business organisation, but a family," and credited the group's progress to the dedication, honesty and hard work of its workforce. He expressed hope that the gathering would further strengthen unity, goodwill and mutual respect among employees.
"We believe people are our greatest asset. Nabil Group's progress has been possible through everyone's contribution," he said.
Chairman Jahan Box Mondol greeted employees and said their labour, integrity and sense of responsibility are the company's real strength. "If we move forward together, the future will be brighter," he said.
Vice-Chairman Ishrat Jahan said every employee is the lifeblood of the organisation, adding that the programme made relationships more humane and stronger.
Director Iyaz Abrar Nabil said teamwork remains the key to success. "If we stay united, nothing will be impossible," he said.
Employees who attended the event expressed gratitude and enthusiasm. Senior official Mamunur Rashid said, "We are proud to work for an organisation where we are treated as a family." A young employee, Aynal Haque, said the event boosted motivation, increased love for work and built an emotional connection with the organisation.
