Midland Bank signs agreement with BP Manufacturing Ltd
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Midland Bank PLC. and BP Manufacturing (BD) Co. Ltd. at the latter's Headquarters, Uttara EPZ in Nilphamari, on November 13, 2024, regarding the online Cash Management solution of MDB's "Midland Cash Management (MCM)" application.
BP Manufacturing (BD) Co. Ltd. is Sonic Group's concern. They produce the most famous resin model car brands for the European market: GT Spirit and Otto Mobile. Resin moulds are made of vulcanised silicone, latex rubber, or other similar materials, producing superior-quality resin models from diecast. Often, the price segment of resin models is higher than diecast. Moreover, Sonic (BD) Ltd. makes IXO models in Bangladesh.
Mr Muhammad Majidul Haq Patwary, Vice President and Head of Unit 05, Institutional Banking Division of Midland Bank and Mr Wong Chi Yu Benjamin, Chairman, BP Manufacturing (BD) Co. Ltd., signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations.

Under the MoU, BP Manufacturing (BD) Co. Ltd will use the robust online Cash Management solution of MDB's "Midland Cash Management (MCM)" application to conduct its daily business banking and cash management activities nationwide.
Mr Faruq Hossin Rasal, First Assistant Vice President, Institutional Banking Division of Midland Bank was also present along with other Executives and Officers from both organisations.
