Midland Bank holds 178th board meeting at Head Office
The 178th meeting of the Board of Directors of Midland Bank PLC was held on 31 March 2026 at the board room of the bank's head office in Gulshan, Dhaka.
Chairman of the bank Ahsan Khan Chowdhury presided over the meeting. Board members Master Abul Kashem, Rezaul Karim, AKM Badiul Alam, Hafizur Rahman Sarker, Dr Mostafizur Rahman, Shahnaj Parveen, Mohammed Jamal Ullah, Alhaj Mohammed Helal Miah, Independent Director Riaz Ahmed Choudhury, and MD & CEO Imtiaz U Ahmed were also present at the meeting, along with other senior officials of the bank.
At the beginning of the meeting, Chairman Ahsan Khan Chowdhury and other board members welcomed newly appointed MD & CEO Imtiaz U Ahmed by presenting him with a bouquet.
