Midland Bank and Win Champion (BD) Ltd forge cash management partnership
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Midland Bank PLC. and Win Champion (BD) Ltd. on January 12, 2025, at the Sonic Group Headquarters at Uttara EPZ, Nilphamari.
Win Champion (BD) Ltd is a concern of Sonic Group. Win Champion (BD) Ltd. was established 2018 as a foreign investment holding company. It is engaged in trading, construction, and manufacturing activities and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Winly Harbour Limited.
Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, Managing Director of Midland Bank PLC, and Mr. Benjamin C. Y. Wong, Founder Chairman of Win Champion (BD) Ltd and Sonic Group, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations.

Under the MoU, Win Champion (BD) Ltd will use the robust online Cash Management solution of MDB's "Midland Cash Management (MCM)" application to conduct its daily business banking and cash management activities.
Mohammad Javed Tarek Khan, Head of the Institutional Banking Division; Muhammad Majidul Haq Patwary, FRM, Vice President and Head of Unit 05; Mohammad Hassibur Rahman, SAVP and Head of Cash Management of Midland Bank PLC.; Su Yongbou, Director; Md. Showayeb Ahmed, Assistant Manager of Finance of Win Champion (BD) Ltd., and other executives and officers from both organisations were also present.
