Meghna Bank opens female-owned agent banking outlet in Kushtia
Meghna Bank PLC has inaugurated a new female-owned agent banking outlet at Dhekipara Bazar, Chapra Union, Kumarkhali upazila of Kushtia.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Md Ali Akther Rezvi, FCA, Independent Director of Meghna Bank PLC, as Chief Guest. SK Perves Maraker, Head of Cash Management, Remittance & Agent Banking, was present as Special Guest. The Manager of Meghna Bank's Kushtia Branch, along with local representatives, also attended the event.
Through its agent banking network, Meghna Bank is extending modern banking services to rural communities while fostering women's entrepreneurship. The initiative aims to promote financial inclusion and support farmers, women entrepreneurs and remittance-dependent families.
