Marcel launches digital campaign season-24 ahead of Eid-ul-Azha
Marcel has rolled out its 'Digital Campaign Season-24' nationwide ahead of Eid-ul-Azha, offering customers the opportunity to win Tk10 lakh by purchasing selected products.
The campaign offers cashback and guarantees cash vouchers worth several lakh taka, according to a press release.
The formal launch event for 'Digital Campaign Season-24' took place at Marcel's corporate office in Dhaka, where key executives and brand ambassadors gathered to mark the beginning of the campaign.
During the inauguration ceremony, SM Mahbubul Alam, Managing Director of Marcel, officially started the campaign. The event was attended by actress Keya Payel, actor Irfan Sajjad, Hossain Md Ruhin Sabbir, Head of Business at Marcel, and other senior officials, underscoring the campaign's importance.
Speaking at the event, Mahbubul said Marcel consistently introduces special offers for customers before major festivals. Continuing this trend, customers who buy Marcel products before Eid-ul-Azha will have a chance to win Tk 10 lakh. He expressed optimism that, as with previous campaigns, the new season would succeed through strong customer participation.
Under the campaign, customers who buy Marcel refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, or ceiling fans nationwide may register digitally. They need to submit their name, mobile number, and the relevant product barcode.
After registration, customers are notified via a fully automated system and SMS if they have won Tk10 lakh, received cashback offers, or received assured gifts. Marcel's showroom authorities then distribute prizes to the recipients.
According to the company, Marcel has created a 'digital customer database' to automate after-sales service. Under this system, customer details—such as name, mobile number, and product model number—are stored digitally after purchase. This ensures that even if the warranty card is misplaced, customers can quickly receive service from any Marcel service centre nationwide.
