Janata Bank PLC holds bank managers conference
Janata Bank PLC convened its Dhaka North Divisional Branch Managers' Conference today in the conference hall of the Dhaka North Divisional Office.
The Chief Guest for the event was Md Mojibur Rahman, Managing Director of Janata Bank PLC. The Special Guest was Md Golam Mortuza, Deputy Managing Director. The conference was chaired by Md Anishur Rahman Akand, General Manager of the Dhaka North Divisional Office.
Also in attendance were the division's Area Heads, senior executives, and branch managers. Delegates reviewed recent performance metrics, shared best practices in customer service, and discussed strategies to enhance deposit mobilisation and loan recovery.

Md Golam Mortuza highlighted the bank's forthcoming digital initiatives and encouraged participants to champion the rollout of new mobile and Internet Banking features.
The conference concluded with action points for each area team to implement over the next quarter, reinforcing Janata Bank's commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction across the Dhaka North division.
