Janata Bank holds Bogura divisional branch managers’ conference
Janata Bank PLC held its Bogura divisional branch managers' conference at a local conference centre on Wednesday.
Bank chairman Muhammad Fazlur Rahman attended the programme as the chief guest. The conference was chaired by Md Abdul Alim Khan, general manager-in-charge of the Bogura divisional office, while deputy managing director Kazi Abdur Rahman was present as the special guest.
Area heads of the divisional office, relevant executives, and branch managers participated in the conference.

At the meeting, Muhammad Fazlur Rahman instructed officials to assess borrowers' willingness and ability to repay before approving loans, and to prioritise lending to creditworthy customers.
