Janata Bank discusses key operational issues at board meeting
Janata Bank PLC held its 876th board meeting on 24 February, 2026 (Tuesday), with M Fazlur Rahman, chairman of the bank's board of directors, presiding.
Board directors who attended the meeting included Badre Munir Ferdous, Dr Md Abdus Sabur, Abdul Majid Sheikh, Abdul Auwal Sarkar, Dr Md Shahadat Hossain, Md Ahsan Kabir, Md Obaidul Haque, and Professor Dr A A Mahbub Uddin Chowdhury.
Md Mujibur Rahman, managing director of the bank, was also present. In addition, Kazi Abdur Rahman, and Md Foyez Alam, deputy managing directors, attended the meeting.
