Jamuna electronics’ flagship fan brand wins Superbrands status

Jamuna Fan, a flagship product of Jamuna Electronics under Jamuna Group, has been officially recognised as a Superbrand, reaffirming its popularity and consumer trust across Bangladesh.
The Superbrands Award 2025–2026, organised by Bangladesh Brand Forum, was presented on 20 September at Hotel Le Méridien in Dhaka. On behalf of Jamuna Fan, the award was received by Sumaiya Rozalin Islam, group director of Jamuna Group.
Also present were Md Sajjadul Islam, head of business; Selim Ullah Selim, marketing director; Mehedi Hasan, head of IT; and Ruhul K Sagor, assistant general manager (public relations) of Jamuna Electronics and Automobiles Ltd.
Expressing her gratitude, Sumaiya Rozalin Islam said:

Jamuna's legacy began in 1974 with the establishment of Jamuna Electric Manufacturing Co Ltd, founded by industrialist Md Nurul Islam. The company started with the production of electric fans, which remain one of its most iconic products.
Jamuna said the recognition reflects its commitment to producing high-quality, affordable products accessible to all, built on trust, quality and continuous improvement.
