What conditions of the peace plan do Hamas and Israel object to?
The two-year Israeli invasion of Gaza is finally coming to an end. The first phase of the agreement between Israel and Hamas is expected to be reached by October 9. Although there was no direct meeting, the two sides have been holding indirect talks through third-party mediation. And the mediation talks led by Trump were attended by US President Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner; Trump's Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff; and senior officials from Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey. According to Trump, this is the first strong step towards a sustainable and lasting peace in Gaza.
