Jamuna bank reviews operations at zonal managers’ meeting
Jamuna Bank PLC convened a high-level meeting for its Dhaka North and Mymensingh zone managers at a leading hotel in the capital, aiming to drive strategic initiatives that will foster the bank's growth.
The meeting focused on the bank's ongoing operations, customer service enhancements, sustainable banking practices, and forward-looking strategies. Key decisions included implementing new customer feedback channels, launching a green financing initiative, and adopting advanced digital banking tools to strengthen future growth.
As the chief guest, Robin Razon Sakhawat, Chairman of Jamuna Bank PLC, attended. Joining as a special guest was Al-Haj Nur Mohammed, the bank's Director. Mirza Elias Uddin Ahmed, managing director and CEO, presided over the meeting. Also participating in the event were managers from all branches and sub-branches in the Dhaka North and Mymensingh zones, alongside senior officials from the head office.
