Jack and MBM honour mothers on the factory floor with heartfelt tribute

To mark World Mother's Day, Jack's Xiaoxin Sewing Foundation organised a heartfelt celebration at the MBM factory, honouring over 300 mothers working on the production floor. The event recognised mothers not only as workers but as caregivers, mentors, and sources of boundless love and resilience.
Each mother was presented with a gift of essential oil, symbolising care and affection. The highlight of the programme was an emotional interactive session, where selected participants shared short but deeply touching messages to their mothers. These heartfelt expressions moved many to tears, creating a powerful atmosphere of connection and gratitude.
The mothers later posed for photos holding handmade cards bearing personal "Happy Mother's Day" messages from Jack, creating cherished memories of the occasion.
Veteran operators such as Shahida Khatun, Rana Akhter, and Mamta Begum expressed pride in being honoured not just for their professional contributions, but also for their role as mothers. The event was graced by Jane, Director of the Office of the General Manager of Jack; Helen, Director of the Cultural Department of Jack; and Kamran Siddiqui, Managing Director of the MBM Group.
Speaking at the event, Jane said, "It is difficult to capture the depth of emotions, sacrifices, and love carried by the word 'mother'. These women play a dual role—nurturing their children at home and contributing tirelessly to the company's vision."
The initiative sent a powerful message that Jack and the MBM Group value and recognise the human side of their workers, particularly the millions of mothers in Bangladesh's garment industry who juggle family responsibilities with professional commitments. A representative of the MBM Group thanked Jack for the philanthropic initiative, noting that such efforts reflect the deep social responsibility of a global organisation.
