itel launches CITY 200 smartphone in Bangladesh
itel has launched its latest smartphone, the itel CITY 200, in Bangladesh, targeting young users seeking contemporary design, advanced features, and reliable performance at competitive prices.
The device features a 7.45mm slim unibody design with a metallic finish. It is equipped with a 6.78-inch punch-hole display and a 120Hz refresh rate, which itel claims supports smoother scrolling and enhanced responsiveness for gaming, social media, and video streaming. The display offers up to 700 nits of brightness for improved outdoor visibility.
The CITY 200 provides IP65 splash protection and what the company describes as a military-grade build for enhanced durability against dust, splashes, and everyday drops. itel also states it is offering a four-year fluency guarantee. The handset is equipped with 128GB of storage and up to 12GB RAM (6GB + 6GB virtual RAM).
Powered by a 5,200mAh battery, the smartphone supports 18W fast charging. It also introduces "Sola", itel's AI voice assistant powered by the DeepSeek model, enabling users to complete tasks using voice commands.
Another feature, Free UltraLink Call 2.0, enables calls within a one-kilometre range without the need for cellular networks, according to the company.
itel stated that the CITY 200 reflects its aim to make advanced smartphone technology more accessible to users throughout Bangladesh.
