Islami Bank Bangladesh launches 'Extra Efforts for Better Asset' campaign

Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC has initiated a 45-day campaign titled "Extra Efforts for Better Asset and Better Tomorrow." The campaign was inaugurated by Md. Obayed Ullah Al Masud, Chairman of the bank, at Islami Bank Tower on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. The event was presided over by Mohammed Monirul Moula, Managing Director of the bank.

Distinguished guests at the program included Md. Abdul Jalil, Chairman of the Executive Committee; Professor Dr. M. Masud Rahman, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee; Md. Abdus Salam, FCA, FCMA, Chairman of the Audit Committee; and Mohammad Khurshid Wahab, Independent Director. Speeches were delivered by Md. Omar Faruk Khan, Additional Managing Director, and Abu Sayed Md Idris, Senior Executive Vice President.

The event was attended by Md. Altaf Hossain and Mohammad Jamal Uddin Mazumder, Additional Managing Directors, along with senior executives from the Head Office, and the heads of 4 zones and 6 corporate branches in Dhaka city. Heads of zones, branches, and sub-branch in-charges from across the bank also participated through a virtual platform.
