The National Pay Commission 2025 has taken an initiative to seek opinions from all sections of society in formulating the pay structure for government employees.
According to the commission, feedback will be collected online through four separate questionnaires, reads a press release issued by the finance ministry's Public Relations Department today (29 September).
The release stated that in order to recommend a fair and effective pay structure, the commission has prepared four questionnaires: one specifically for government employees, one for the general public, one for institutions, and one for associations.

All questionnaires are available on the commission's website at paycommission2025.gov.bd. Interested employees, individuals, institutions, and associations can fill out the forms online by 15 October.
If any association wishes to meet the commission in person, it must fill out the designated questionnaire for associations and notify the commission accordingly. The commission sought cooperation from all in this regard.
