IFIC Bank signs MoU for exclusive healthcare benefits with JBFH
IFIC Bank PLC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Japan Bangladesh Friendship Medical Services Limited to provide exclusive healthcare benefits for its customers, employees and their family members.
The agreement was signed on Wednesday (19 November 2025) at a ceremony held at IFIC Tower in Purana Paltan, Dhaka.
Under the partnership, IFIC Bank customers, employees and their dependents will be able to access a wide range of advanced medical services at Japan Bangladesh Friendship Hospital at special discounted rates.
Helal Ahmed, Head of Operations, signed the MoU on behalf of IFIC Bank PLC, while Sarder A Razzak, Director (Finance & HR), signed on behalf of Japan Bangladesh Friendship Hospital.
Senior officials from both organisations were present at the ceremony. Representing IFIC Bank were Md Monitur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director & Chief Information Officer; Md Rafiqul Islam, Deputy Managing Director & Chief of Branch Business; and K A R M Mostofa Kamal, Deputy Managing Director & Chief of HR & Logistics.
From Japan Bangladesh Friendship Hospital, attendees included Murad Hossain Khan, Executive Director; Shohidul Alam Ripon, General Manager; Md Masud Khan, Deputy General Manager; along with other senior officials.
