IFIC Bank promotes 135 officers across various levels
IFIC Bank has promoted 135 officers across various levels in recognition of their professional competence and contribution to sustainable growth.
A promotion ceremony, "Celebrating Career Progression", was held on Monday, 1 December 2025, at IFIC Tower, Dhaka. During the hybrid event, the bank's Managing Director, Syed Mansur Mustafa, along with senior management, personally handed promotion letters to 34 officers. A further 101 officers from branches and uposhakhas received their promotion letters virtually.
Congratulating the promoted officers, Syed Mansur Mustafa said: "The greatest strength behind IFIC Bank's progress is our employees. Committed, dedicated and efficient staff drive our institution forward. Recognising talent and success not only instils a sense of personal achievement, but also plays a vital role in creating a collaborative and inspiring environment within the organisation, further strengthening our path ahead."
