IFIC bank discusses growth strategy with regional managers

IFIC Bank PLC held a business meeting called "Managers' Meet" with officials from Cumilla and Noakhali on Thursday, 14 August 2025, at a local auditorium in Halimnagar, Cumilla Sadar.
The Bank's Chairman, Md Mehmood Husain attended the event as the Chief Guest, while Syed Mansur Mustafa, Managing Director, presided over the sessions.
In his address, Chairman Md Mehmood Husain expressed gratitude to the participants and outlined key strategies to improve service quality and expand the customer base in Cumilla and Noakhali. He stressed that optimising branch coordination and adapting services to local needs would lead to measurable, sustainable growth for the Bank.
Managing Director Syed Mansur Mustafa, in his remarks, set clear targets for expanding business operations, emphasising increased market share and branch performance. He voiced confidence that these objectives would be achieved throughout the remainder of 2025.
The programme began with an opening speech by Deputy Managing Director and Chief of Branch Business, Md. Rafiqul Islam. CFO Dilip Kumar Mandal later presented a detailed business plan.
The meeting concluded with an interactive session, during which officials discussed actionable plans to enhance service delivery, improve customer engagement, and achieve the performance targets outlined during the event.
