ICB Asset Management approves 45% dividend for FY2024–25
The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ICB Asset Management PLC was held on Thursday, 30 October, at the company's head office, Green City Edge, Kakrail, Dhaka.
The meeting was presided over by Professor Abu Ahmed, Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mahmuda Akhter, Chief Executive Officer; other board members; and shareholders attended the meeting.
The audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025 were approved at the AGM. During FY2024–25, the company earned a net profit of Tk48.55 crore, with earnings per share (EPS) standing at Tk5.48 based on a face value of Tk10 per share.

The board approved a 45% cash dividend for the financial year, comprising a 40% interim and a 5% final cash dividend.
