GP- Sumash tech join hands to enhance customer experience
In a move set to reshape Bangladesh's technology landscape, Grameenphone, the country's leading telecommunications service provider, has entered into a strategic collaboration with Sumash Tech Ltd, one of the most trusted names in premium gadget and electronics retail.
The partnership seeks to expand Grameenphone's advanced products through established electronics outlets and offer customers exclusive voucher incentives.
Under this initiative, Grameenphone Alo's smart IoT solutions—including CCTV cameras and Vehicle Tracking Systems (VTS)—will be available at 15 Sumash Tech stores nationwide. Grameenphone's core telecom products, including pocket routers, SIM cards, and data packs, will also be offered. This move ensures customers have easier access to Grameenphone's advanced digital and connectivity solutions.

Additionally, customers purchasing eligible products from 10 selected Grameenphone Centres will receive Sumash Tech vouchers worth up to Tk 5,000, redeemable at designated Sumash Tech outlets.
A signing ceremony was held at GPHouse in Bashundhara to formalise the partnership. The event was attended by Farha Naz Zaman, Chief Marketing Officer; Nafees Anwar Choudhury, Head of Brand and Market Communication; Abdulla Al Mahmud, Head of Customer Service; and Sk Iftekhar Ahmed, Head of Distribution, from Grameenphone. From Sumash Tech, Abu Sayeed Piash, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, and Md Rasedul Alam Rafi Khan, Head of Marketing, were present, along with senior officials from both organisations.
